As you can see I have already been enjoying a few slices off this mango. My information source said that the mango originated in South East Asia, where it has been grown for over 4,000 years. Mango trees are evergreens that will grow to 60 feet tall; and today there are over 1,000 different varieties of mangos throughout the world.Mangos are said to be high in fiber, but low in calories... funny, that's just like my paintings!
